Humboldt 79 Masonic Lodge Scholarship
Eligibility
General –All applicants should be a high school senior expecting to graduate and attend an accredited Trade School or accredited institute of further education, studying for an Associates Degree or higher.
Geographic area – Applicant must reside in Humboldt, Trinity, or Del Notre County.
Funding
Five scholarships of $1000 are available.
Bertell Foundation Scholarships: Three additional $1000 scholarships are provided by The Bertell Foundation.
Time of Award
Scholarships will be awarded following successful completion of the academic year. Funds will be mailed directly to the learning institution chosen by the student. Should the student fail to attend their chosen learning institution, funds will be returned to the Humboldt Masonic Lodge.

Selection Process
Recipients will be chosen on the information provided for the criteria listed herein. All applicants will be considered who complete this application to the satisfaction of the Scholarship Committee, and who displays the greatest presentation of themselves, communication skills, sense of self and sense of community, volunteerism, and goals. The Bertell Foundation scholarships will be added to three of the five recipients selected in the selection process and are determined by a representative of The Bertell Foundation.
